Today is a very special day in our School. We are celebrating St Thomas of Canterbury’s 50th birthday with a special Mass! To help us celebrate this wonderful day, we have the honour of the Mass being conducted by Bishop Paul Hendricks.
There were lots of important people who attended; Siobhan McDonagh our local MP and other past Head Teacher’s/employees of the School and Governors. People who have contributed and been part of our St Thomas of Canterbury family. It truly was a day of love, joy and togetherness.
Bishop Paul also blessed our new Prayer Garden as well as our newly refurbished St Georges Centre, which comprises of our new library, RE and prayer room and Design and Technology room. Thank you to Bishop Paul for your kindness.
The children were amazing and Bishop Paul enjoyed the warm welcome.
